Engulfy ("we," "us," or "our") is a market-data alert platform operated by Fresh Software LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website at engulfy.com and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service:

• Account information — email address, password (hashed), and optional phone number provided during registration.

• Payment information — processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — basic diagnostic and log data such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address, collected to maintain and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver market-data alerts via email, SMS, or MMS based on your subscriptions.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional messages such as password resets and account verification.
• To monitor, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive SMS or MMS alerts from Engulfy, the following applies:

• You consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages related to the market tickers you subscribe to.
• Message frequency varies based on your selected subscriptions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are collected solely to deliver the alerts you have requested and will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing use.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Twilio — SMS and MMS message delivery. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
• Mailjet — transactional and alert email delivery.

These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their services and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls, to protect your personal information. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data using commercially reasonable means.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we may retain certain records (such as transaction history) as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution. SMS consent records are retained as required for regulatory compliance.

• Opt out of SMS — reply STOP to any text message or remove SMS subscriptions from your account dashboard.
• Update your information — edit your profile, email, or phone number from your account settings.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
